Yes i guess the problem lies in the fact that the fixation is too narrow. A small screenmovie. If u show this one on a big screen, like wide tv screen or something there is way ' less' chance to see it as there are more details and more things to get distracted by. Now the monkey kinda pops-out as there arent many 'distractions'
They showed this one on a big screen (And i meen real big lool) in my college classroom and bout 90 percent missed the monkey (Thats roughly 400 students). Same vid, but just on a waaay bigger screen.
Thought it would be fun to test it here, but i guess its useless unless u show it on a big screen.
Sounds like some dodgy explanation for why its easy to notice, but there is a big theory behind all this hehe so im not talkin some gay bullshit.
Ah well was worth the try
