Toca Race Driver 3 (TRD3)

Not sure if any of you guys have this. Its quite an old game, released in Feb2006 for PC/PS2/XBOX but obviously the PC version is king. The online play is excellent. You have to either join someone elses server or create one of your own as the host decides when to start the race, rather like SOF payback. Sounds like a crap idea but it works for online racers, my connection is only 4096/400 but my upload allows me to host 8-10 with no lag so u dont need to live in a telephone exchange to host this. There are plenty of classes to choose from including F1, offroad, classics even monster trucks which are great fun.
