So... Personally I fail to see an entertainment value in watching a bunch of sweaty guys chasing after a ball for 90 minutes.
So my question to you is the following:
Why do you find football entertaining to watch? If, in fact, you do?

Ammendment: Notice that I ask why you find it entertaining to WATCH, not why you find it entertaining in general. Even I can understand how football can be fun for those "in the field", so to speak.

I enjoy watching football, i watch 2-3 matches every weeknd and i go often to watch live. Many things u can see in a football match, sometimes can be boring but sometimes can be very exciting.

It's awesome if you stand there in the arena with thousands of people just having a good time or if you watch it in a club with 30 drunk dudes screaming like crazy, but here on my own TV - no.

Plus national rivalry plays a big part too thats so true mate.... what are the biggest rivalries u can think of? Mine are Germany - England, Germany - Netherlands, Germany - Brasil, Bayern Munich - Dortmund, Schalke 04 - Dortmund, AC Milan - Inter Milan and so on.

Yeah that's what I'm saying Novak, in the pub with a few beers with your friends you can watch pretty much any sport.

Horse racing becomes fun after you bet, say, 500K on a loosing horse Anyways, the only "sports" I do are chess, tennis and strip-poker. With the exception of the last one, they are pretty un-watchable
