Its taking long enough for Halo 2 to come out dude. Its been delayed again. They 1st said it was gonna be a direct x 10 only release, now its not direct x 10?

I dont think personally they should port games. If they are developed at the same time then its easier but when was Halo 2 released? Was ages ago and Halo 3 MP Beta is here now.

Look at HL2. Was released in Nov 16, 2004. Not far off 3 years and still they are porting it to consoles. Off topic I know but whats this HL2 Episodes BS? You ever seen anyone milk a game this much? 3 Years after and another addon. Where the hell is HL3 news?

I agree tho, Who still plays half life2??? and why are they bothering porting it to console. Why not just bring out HL3 and port that to console at the same time. I think they would make a much lager profit. Surely.

Good Point, maybe they think that CSS has not been played enough. It might be that it will not have enough players and they are scared that they will just loose players.

Well I seen the server lists posted on other forums, even this one. The 1st CS has still to this day twice as many people playing it.

I watched the vids for Halo 2 for xbox360 and halo 3 for PC and thought the game looked old even before its out . They make a nice video but the mp just looks a bad quake . Don't get me wrong its not bad just the backgrounds are terrible fixed no dust in the sand etc . How many PC gamers want it not that many halo is what it is a kiddy fps eg run away funny the first time but you fall asleep with it in the end .
As for HL2 still looks better and yes i still play the sp and cant wait for E2 later this year .... (hehe i love css played last night)

I always thought Halo was more aimed for children. Lots of brightly coloured aliens and stuff. I played the 1st one on CO-OP with a friend of mine. Took us 8 hours on hardest level. It was ok but not that memorable.

Well look at BF2142. Set in the future and I believe there was an ingame add for a Caddilac car if you was a USA resident.

So there you are, ready to take over the Base. Your whole squad attacks and suddenly you die as you are distracted by an ad for a Car.. wtf?

crazy if you ask me!! so silly. I think th idea originated from CS when I remember one server starting modding maps to advertise hosting companies and their clan in game. I hard it was a big hit but they stopped it. Now they claim it for them selves! lol.
