shall we? I mean its a great game(even tho there are bugs,) we all have it... HA has already gone ahead and done his own thing with the server. Maybe its time to get a payed server and really set some ground for TGJ with this game.
I was thinking we just set up a donations things through paypal, whoever can donates does through that. Any other way of helping would be amazing also.

i've looked and nothing on the hosting companies websites yet. i'll keep looking. I wish i could order, until i move back to UK/europe i cant pay for a server, no visa. I would happily tho if i could.

i looked at multiplay.co.uk Monthly: £58.50 its not going to happen at that price .

I could get a bf2142 server at a pound a man (not there) I ran 32 man sof years ago for 32 (pound a man ) but for a 16 man server its a lot . to be honest not many people backing it yet cant even find price on jolt (who i dislike) but they have a nice stalker page im waiting to see if e-frag do one . (there always nice to me hehe)

Plus it has no anti-cheat. Just enforces your 'to be honest not many people backing it yet' statement.
If I remember correctly the COD community lost all faith in Activision for the delay on PB. When the patch finally came out alot of people didnt care anymore.

well damn, thats sucks. yeah i guess 58 is actually rather alot. You know what tho. I had a dedicated server, 60 dollars a month.... I had root access and could potentially run anything off that.
I'm debating getting that once more when i move back to UK... We shall see. It might be a good idea.

I may do that. Will look into it  all we need would be a 100mb line width around 80gb disk space, upgradeable if possible... PHP/MYSQL installed. We can host web pages. promotions n shit if need be. |

Disk space is not anything you need on a server. Say 40 GB (Dont think you can find a cheap yet fast hdd with lower memory than 40, well yeah but they are like 10 years old)
Lot's of RAM and CPU power is what you need on a server as well as the connection yeah
