MinD - Try drawing something and scanning it in... I'm not too good at drawing in paint or photoshop or whatever.... so most of my custom art is drawn by hand on a piece of paper.
I have not yet posted any of it, but I'm going to... My scanner sucks so I have to get a new one first.
Anyways, a good thing to start with if you want to make 3D drawings, is trying something simple-ish, like a football or an apple. Have it in front of you and draw what you see.

Dude.. My art teacher tried that with me for 3 years.. I passed the class though, but didnt go to good hehe.

...THREE years, and still no good?? Some teacher...  Dude, you can teach a donkey to draw and/or paint decently. Trust me on it. I've seen people who wwere really bad who could draw a pic of me with clear resemblance after just a couple of weeks with a good teacher. EDIT> and I am not the easiest person to draw... lots of metal parts |
