Haha. I drank a whole lot of different beer last night, from Thai beer to San Miguel. I was kinda disapointed of the San Miguel, it doesnt taste much. I could drink it like a glass of water. The Thai beer was uhmm, very different - cant really describe how it was lol, something unique yet nothing you would die to try. I will stay to my Heineken from now on

Belgium has over 200 Breweries, 1200+ different beers. The Monks used to brew thier own beer and supply the locals, but unfortunately a lot of the recipies were bought by the larger breweries and comercialised, but apparently i've been told that some pubs around where my girlfriend lives "Oudenaarde" still buy beer from the remaining few Monestaries, but its not brewed in great quantities so you have to be lucky to taste it. *Short story* We went for a nice meal in a local pub that apparently buys beer from the monks. We sat down and i picked up the menu, or what i thought was the food menu and after reading through it couldnt see Steak on there so i asked Liesbet what page the steak was on, she turned to me and replied "Thats the Beer menu honey" The Beer menu was 20 frickin pages long My favourite beer atm has got to be Ename "Blonde". Its a Belgian beer, and they do 3 types "Blonde 6% alchohol" "double 7% alchohol" "Triple 8.5% Alchohol" 4 bottles of triple and im falling asleep, but the taste is not overpowering for such a strong Beer.

i'll have to give it a try.
Yeah 4 bottles of 8.5 percent would get any one sleeping. maybe apart from Noit.
I remember a couple of gems in canada which where the same.
