Post what you think is the best Game series ever,
I would definitly say 3DO:s Might and Magic Series (Both the RPGs and the Strategy), Westwoods C&C series and Betheseda Softworks The Elder Scrolls Series.

Thats a tough one as Im not a massive Gamer. In the past I used to love Wipeout on the PS1 then Wipeout 2097 as soon as PS2 came out the games went crap after that. Then I used to like the early Tomb Raider games like 1 & 2 but since then they also have gone abit crap. Regarding consoles I rather enjoyed co op Twisted Metal . Was a good series until the 3rd one. Seems the 3rd one usually sucks.. Edit: DOOM and DOOM II at the time were mind blowing games. Could link up 2 ps1 consoles and play DM or co-op. Gave me my 1st taste of multi-player gaming. Then the overhyped DOOM 3 came out. Big mistake as the DOOM kinda game didnt exist anymore so they tried to make it a modern day scifi 1st person shooter and failed. Hence 3rd one usually sucks. They make another Soldier of Fortune and it will suck. As will HL3 thats why they are making episodes. Excuse to buy them time to try and impress us with a third game.  1ST person shooter wise I have always enjoyed Medal of Honor games. On the PC of course. Ignore the console releases except I think the very first Medal of Honor game which was on the PS1. Great times lol. On a split screen on a TV |

Ok 2 words Resident Evil
well there are a few out there mario but zelda was better
oooo chucky egg 1 and 2 dose that count
Doom never did it for me but theres the quakes / unreals were my online all started but ill still go with Resident Evil got most for the cube need a week to play them all .

Tombraider 1 and 2 was probably the first action game i ever played, it was quiet amazing back then.
I know everyones gonna disagree with me now, but i´ll say that one of my favorite series are the 2 mods, Counter Strike 1.6 and Source,

sim city for me then tomb raider doom was great C & C fantastic MOHAA series rocked unreal Tournement was great online even at 56 k modem speeds back in the day dont forget age of empires they all rocked |
